    Our Community Standards

    TalentSpaz is a platform that connects job seekers with employers. We are committed to maintaining a community that is safe, respectful, and free from discrimination. These guidelines apply to all users of our platform, including employers posting jobs, job seekers applying for positions, and anyone interacting with our content.

    For Employers

    • Job listings must be for genuine, legal employment opportunities
    • Listings must not discriminate based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic
    • Salary information, when included, must be accurate and represent the actual compensation for the role
    • Job descriptions should clearly describe the role, requirements, and working conditions
    • Employers must not require payment from candidates as a condition of employment or application
    • Multi-level marketing (MLM) and commission-only positions must be clearly identified as such

    For Job Seekers

    • Application materials (CVs, cover letters) must be truthful and accurately represent your qualifications
    • Treat employers and fellow job seekers with respect in all interactions
    • Report suspicious or fraudulent job listings through our reporting tools
    • Do not use the platform for purposes other than job seeking or career development

    Prohibited Content

    The following types of content are strictly prohibited on TalentSpaz:

    • Spam, phishing, or fraudulent job listings
    • Content that promotes illegal activities
    • Discriminatory content based on any protected characteristic
    • Hate speech, harassment, or threatening language
    • Personal information of others shared without consent
    • Listings that require candidates to pay for the opportunity to apply or work
    • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

    Reporting Violations

    If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:

    • Use the Report button on any job listing
    • Email us at safety@talentspaz.com
    • Contact us through our support page

    All reports are reviewed within 24-48 hours. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action to maintain community standards.

    Enforcement

    Violations of these guidelines may result in:

    • Removal of offending content
    • Warning to the account holder
    • Temporary suspension of posting privileges
    • Permanent account ban for serious or repeated violations
    • Reporting to relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected
